◇Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Customs and tariffs
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country.
These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer.
For shipments to the United States, please note that as of August 29, 2025, the “de minimis” duty-free exemption has been abolished. This means that virtually all goods shipped to the U.S. are now subject to customs duties and taxes.
As customs regulations differ by country and are subject to change, we kindly ask customers to check with their local customs office for the most up-to-date information.
Refund Policy
◇Returns If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are of course eligible for a full refund — and you do not need to send the item back.
For other returns, we also accept them; however, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, we will refund the original purchase price.
Please note that personalized items (such as those with embroidery or engraving) are not eligible for return.
Refused Packages / Unpaid Duties
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid import duties or taxes, the return shipping cost, import duties, and any additional fees charged by the carrier or customs will be deducted from the refund amount.Please note that failure to pay duties does not qualify as a valid reason for a full refund or chargeback.

We accept exchanges.
The process is as follows:
1.Please purchase the new item in your desired color, size, or style.
2.Return the item you wish to exchange (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
3.Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, we will refund the original purchase price.
◇Refund Processing Time
We handle refund requests promptly once confirmed.
Please note that credit card refunds may take 30–60 days to appear on your statement.
This timeframe reflects the processing period required by credit card companies after our refund submission.
