Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment of order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Customs and tariffs
International orders may be subject to customs duties and duties upon arrival in your country. Any customs of the item is the customer's responsibility. If you are not sure if your order will go through customs or how much it will be, please contact the appropriate agency in your country before placing an order.

Refund Policy
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint.

This rule is only applicable for damaged products and the refunded money is returned in 30-60days to the customer.

After the order is dispatched and assigned a tracking number it can not be cancelled under any circumstances.
