●Delivery closure period: 5 days from Saturday, December 30, 2023 to Monday, January 3, 2023
*Orders placed by 10:00 on Friday, December 29th → Delivery before holidays
*Orders placed after 10:00 on Friday, December 29th will be shipped sequentially from Wednesday, January 4th.

●Customer support closure period: December 29, 2023 (Friday) - January 3, 2024 (Thursday)

Delivery times during the year-end and New Year holidays are expected to be busy, so if you would like your order to be delivered before the holidays, please place your order well in advance.
Additionally, due to the year-end and New Year holidays, it is expected that shipping will take longer than usual for several days after January 4 of the new year.
