01. Earn miles when shopping
You can earn miles at both directly managed stores and official WEB STORE. 100 miles will be awarded for every 100 yen spent.
02.Exchange to coupon
The miles you accumulate can be exchanged for coupons that can be used for your next purchase.
03. Exchange for limited items
You can exchange your accumulated miles for items exclusive to the "monchéri members clud". (coming soon...♡)
*Miles will be awarded based on the purchase amount (excluding tax) after deducting the coupon usage amount, shipping and handling charges.
*Coupons can be used at both directly managed stores and official WEB STORE.
*At directly managed stores, miles will be reflected when you present your membership card at the time of purchase.
*On the official WEB STORE, miles will be reflected 14 days after the product shipping date only for orders placed after logging in.
*Miles are valid for one year from the date of grant.
*The expiration date differs for each mile depending on the date of grant. Please check my page for details.
*The expiration date of your miles will be updated as you earn and use them.

Frequently asked questions
When will I be able to use my miles?
Immediately after purchase, it will be displayed as "Scheduled to be granted". Miles will become available 14 days after shipping for online stores and 14 days after purchase for in-store purchases.
Can I earn miles at stores?
Yes. You can earn miles not only on the online store but also when you shop in-store. At the store, please present your membership card (app or My Page) before paying.
When will I start earning miles?
Earn miles when you shop online or in-store after 12:00 on April 16, 2026.
Where can I check my mileage balance?
You can check your mileage and history from My Page or the app.
Can I use it without the app?
Yes, you can. Having the app will make it easier to display your membership card and check your history.
Do I need to register as a member or pay an annual fee?
Membership registration is required, but there is no annual fee.
What happens to my miles if there is a return or cancellation?
The number of miles awarded or scheduled to be awarded may change depending on the nature of the return or cancellation.
