At Aqua City Odaiba store, you can enter the store with your dog, either in your arms or on a leash. We have a fitting table in the store, so you can check out the size, silhouette, and comfort of the items you are interested in, such as clothes and harnesses, while fitting them on your dog. If you are unsure about choosing a size, please feel free to ask our staff♡
*Entering and spending time inside the facility are subject to the rules of the facility.
*You may have to wait during busy times.

Name engraving service
You can also engrave your dog's name, anniversary, phone number, etc. on the
order on the spot/take it home on the same day
compatible items. Personalized items that normally take time to be delivered online can be ordered on the spot at a store and taken home on the same day. Enjoy this special one-of-a-kind item.♡

The product will be wrapped in a special gift drawstring bag and finished with a ribbon. *Please note that some large items will be delivered using the normal delivery method.
