Regarding restrictions on entering the store when it is crowded
Since we opened, we have had a large number of customers visit us.
Numbered tickets will be used from August 14th (Friday) to August 16th (Sunday), and after August 17th (Monday), numbered tickets may be distributed and entry times may be specified depending on the congestion situation.
Customers who have made advance reservations may also be required to receive a numbered ticket and wait until their designated time, depending on the congestion situation.
Please note that you can receive the novelty items that are reserved for advance reservations even if you visit the store on a day other than the reservation date, once you have confirmed your reservation information.
*Novelty items are limited in number, and we may not be able to provide you with the type you desire.

Regarding delivery delay of limited novelty items
Delivery delays have occurred for some limited edition novelty items. Although we have reserved supplies for customers who have made reservations, we may not be able to deliver them on the day of your visit depending on the timing of your visit.
The delayed items will be shipped sequentially after September 4th. Depending on the delivery situation, arrival and delivery may be further delayed.
Customers who have already made a reservation can visit the store on any day of their choice during the POPUP period, regardless of the date of their reservation. There is no need to change your reservation or contact us in advance.
If it is difficult to receive the item at a later date, we can replace it with an equivalent item as shown in the image below, upon request. Please ask the store staff.
