※ Please do not use other than the original application.
※ Please use for water purification below 50 degrees.
※ Please do not use microwave oven, oven or freezer.
※ We recommend replacing the filter once every month.
※ Please do not disinfect this product.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Refund Policy

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint.

This rule is only applicable for damaged products and the refunded money is returned in 30-60days to the customer.

After the order is dispatched and assigned a tracking number it can not be cancelled under any circumstances.
